Since I didn’t pay enough attention to my Mamaw when she tried to teach me how to make her rolls…I am going to try these out in Her cast iron skillet….I inherited all of her cast iron and then a girlfriend GAVE me all her grandma’s because she doesn’t cook. Really? WHO does that? But, I happily took them off her hands! I can’t wait to see how they turn out! I’m with you…Trift stores are the Best.

I found this via pinterest and am excited because I buy these little packets of spinach….something…that has paneer in it and I wanted to try to make it. Then I saw you commented back to someone that you used it to make Saag Paneer. I think that’s what I was wanting to make. I actually tried making it based on just the ingredients on the package, and it was good, but I didn’t have any paneer to add. Anyway, I was wondering if I could have your recipe for Saag Paneer to try with this cheese?

You can make them the day before. They actually hold up well 48 hours at room temp (they seldom last that long!)

If you were to have them the next day, do you leave them in the syrup all night? If so, how early could you make them ahead of time?
